I have always had a fire in my spirit and a great desire in my heart to follow my intuition and inspire others to do the same.  Poetry was my first expression of this and remains a huge part of my life today.  Yet, practicing yoga has brought me deeper within myself and closer to my intuition than ever before.

Health and fitness have always been important to me which is how I first started doing yoga almost 20 years ago, as a fitness class.  With motherhood, things changed for a while.  Three kids later, I finally decided to get back into fitness.  In 2015, I became a Beachbody coach and started doing yoga again.  Somewhere during that physical and mental transformation, I realized there was a lot more to yoga than just physical fitness.  So in 2018, when my world kind of exploded, it was yoga that helped stifle the flames.  I became an avid yoga student, started meeting like minded people in my community, and decided to take my 200 HR Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Tanya Dumaine at Divine Yoga.  I could not have expected how much that decision would change my life.

Integrating yoga into my life had such profound effects that I just wanted to share them, especially with my kids.  In 2019, I started volunteering at their elementary school every week teaching children during the day and teachers after school.  I also started teaching toddler yoga at local daycares.  Over the next year, I taught consistently with private clients and at Carabiner’s Climbing and Fitness and Merrylegs Farms.  This journey has also led me to become a Reiki II practitioner.

A yoga and poetry retreat to Bali in 2019, was a huge turning point on this journey that has sent me on my path to my true purpose. Spreading love and creating a space for people to align back onto their paths. One of my main goals is to organize and teach at retreats using a multitude of alternative healing techniques to help create a holistic, immersive experience where people can connect and transform.
